Wiston House Pre Wedding Shoot – I often do pre-wedding shoots with the couples whose weddings I’m shooting and last Sunday was the lovely Emma & Jacob’s turn. Personally, I love these sessions as they provide an invaluable opportunity to get to know couples a bit more, to get connected with them and to get the low down on their wedding plans. The weather wasn’t looking great for most of the weekend, but we braved the light rain and winds spending a bit of time wandering around their venue, the very impressive sixteenth century Wiston House, located at the foot of the South Downs in the heart of the West Sussex countryside. Oh, and there were sheep. Lots of sheep!
After booking me last summer it was great catching up with Emma & Jacob and hearing all about the plans for their wedding day next month. Families make a wedding day and getting to know some of the characters and stories before the day is always a good start for me. Here are a few images from the shoot and I’m really looking forward to their wedding in May.
