Wedding at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel

The St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel London is one of London’s secret treasures and best kept secrets. Its a truly, stunningly beautiful, historic venue with ‘wow’ factors wherever you turn. As a London and Sussex documentary wedding photographer, I shoot in lots of different venues across London and the south east, and Laura & Mike’s wedding was the second wedding I had the pleasure of shooting at the St. Pancras Renaissance hotel this year. What a gob-smackingly stunning venue it is. The hotel and station were painstakingly fully restored a few years ago honouring its Gothic origins, and is a truly sumptuous and very special venue to get married in. With a central London location and fantastic transport links its a winner if you have guests coming in from near and far. And if you haven’t been yet – make an excuse and go visit!

The lovely Laura & Mike were married there in simple, formal elegance. Their wedding ceremony took place in the historic Ladies Smoking Room, a beautiful bright light flooded room with fabulous architectural features – Laura was a truly radiant bride with an amazingly radiant nature and fabulous smile, wearing a long, elegant satin wedding dress. Mike was calm and elegantly attired with a little splash of colour – electric blue.  It was a fabulous day, really relaxed, and a real pleasure to have been there. Part 2 of this wedding will follow in a later post. Hug congratulations again to both Laura & Mike!!

If you’re planning on getting married at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel do get in touch to discuss your wedding plans. And drop me a line if you’re looking for a creative documentary London wedding photographer for your London wedding. I’d love to hear from you!
