Bee & Jason’s lovely spring wedding was at the new Hilton Hotel in Syon Park, built in the grounds of the original Syon Park, the home of the Duke and Duchess of Northumberland. Their wedding day started with a very nervous Bee’s preparations at the hotel with her closest friend, Dina, and surprise visits from her mum and daughter, before heading off to a very moving ceremony at All Saint’s church in Isleworth. It was a really touching family affair as their four gorgeous children were bridesmaids, ring bearers and ushers, and both extended families came together to celebrate in style. It was a nice change shooting in a modern church with great views from the balcony. With her striking Indian features, Bee looked so elegant in her stunning dress with just enough sparkle and killer heels (of course!), and Jason was beaming all day looking at his beautiful bride, full of excitement and mischief!
After the emotional ceremony, guests made their way to the Hilton Hotel at Syon Park, whilst Bee & Jason travelled in style and vintage elegance, literally sitting on the back of an immaculate old Triumph Herald. Don’t you just love old cars! Thankfully the drive wasn’t very far. After drinks and delicious canapés on the terrace, the wedding breakfast moved up to the Club House where they’d literally filed the room with flowers. Vases were overflowing with the most gorgeous, scented lilac in various shades of purple, and tree table decorations with hanging lilac and crystals. Totally gorgeous!!
Bee & Jason were a delightful couple to photograph and we had a lot of fun doing some shots in the hotel grounds. After dinner there were so many touching and heartfelt speeches, Bee & Jason were obviously very much loved by their friends and families. The champagne flowed all day and guests were treated to beautifully prepared food and fabulous cakes – they didn’t want for anything. They’d also laid on lots of games for all the kids which was such a great idea to keep the little people entertained. Bee & Jason wanted a really fun filled but relaxed day and they got it! The evening celebrations kicked off with some lively Bollywood inspired tunes that got everyone on the dance floor and there were some amazing displays of dancing, not least from the kids!
What a fabulously romantic and touching day that was – Jason was so obviously smitten with his beautiful Bride, he didn’t want to let her go all day. A lovely couple and a really lovely experience for me – thank you both for choosing me as your wedding photographer and I wish you both all the very best for your future happiness.
